Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer is responsible for the delivery and management of technical expertise, ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring standard of project activities for attaining project objectives and goals.
∎ Conduct plan monitoring, supervision for proper implementation and reporting of the project activities.
∎ Ensure quality monitoring and documentation at the Project level and Head Office Level Ensure data quality and integrity by periodically conducting field visits and spot-checks.
∎ Work with relevant project and program to support and train to apply lessons learnt case studies and follow up on progress through monitoring and provide on-going support.
∎ S/he will conduct project survey.
∎ Ensure MIS management and data base and documentation of the project.
∎ Supervise the staff in compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures and to address the staff grievances and conflicts
∎ Monitor programme outputs and manage progress against expected output defined in project document
∎ Assist project Coordinator for in time submission of donor compliance and facilitate donor visit by providing necessary documents and information.
∎ Make regular visit to the project activities to observe and monitor field situation
∎ Coordinate with donor representative while they will pay visit to the field and update them about all activities as required.
∎ Others:
∎ Regular user of Computer, E-mail & Internet with skilled and confidentiality
∎ Moreover, carry out other project related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the BGS Authority.
∎ Additional Job Requirement: Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
