∎ Academic degree in Statistics/Public Health/Communication/English or related field

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish/strengthen effective MEAL system at MI and its partners: provide technical guidance and support in developing/reviewing MEAL plans, KAP survey tools, and tools for other need-based surveys/assessments
∎ Build/strengthen the capacities of the partner staff on MEAL and communication: technical support, design and conduct trainings and monitoring visits, mentoring and on-the-job training to support partners in collecting quality data
∎ Strengthen accountability to MI guidelines: ensure that project/program participants are frequently consulted and that a complaint and feedback response mechanism is implemented, share best practices and lessons learned, notice implementation gaps, and suggest necessary changes/adaptations
∎ Assist Program and Partner Coordinator in preparing project/program documents and reports adhering to donor's and MI's standards
∎ Develop communication materials for external stakeholders in collaboration with implementing partner organizations and MI Europe Headquarter (f. ex. human interest stories, video clips, etc.)
∎ Participate in sector meetings, knowledge sharing forums/events, learning networks, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bangladeshi national with fluency in English and Bangla in speaking and writing
∎ 5 years of professional experience in project/program level MEAL role and considerable experience in external communication and networking
∎ Experience in developing MEAL frameworks, data collection tools etc. and in mentoring partner organizations
∎ Strong IT skills, particularly at Kobo Toolbox/SPSS/STAT and knowledge of patients' database software DHIS2
∎ Expertise in capturing changes and lessons learned, documenting best practices, and writing reports
∎ Experience in health programs will be an advantage
