Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Statistics /Economics/ URP/Social Science, preferably with honors from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar job in any NGO/INGO. (Women will be given special priority)
∎ Proven experience working in the emergency setting and extensive knowledge of the Rohingya and local culture and context.
∎ Excellent data management (collection, entry, analysis, and visualization) skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar platforms. Familiarity with analysis software such as Kobo, Comm Care, SPSS, STATA, etc. is a plus.
∎ High level of interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact with refugees and local communities.
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of the local language will be given preference.
∎ Should be able to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and be committed to following organizational objectives, values, principles, and policies.
∎ Have good knowledge of safeguarding-related policies, GBV, Child protection policies, and other relevant policies.
Salary:
∎ 60,000 BDT per month.
