Responsible for teaching Mathematics and Physics in an English-medium school following Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel curricula, planning and delivering structured, engaging lessons aligned with syllabus objectives, preparing schemes of work and lesson plans to ensure complete and timely syllabus coverage, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning abilities, explaining theoretical and practical concepts clearly, integrating real-life applications to strengthen understanding, preparing learning materials such as worksheets, presentations, and revision resources, assessing student performance through classwork, homework, tests, assignments, mock exams, and practical evaluations, using past papers and exam-style questions to prepare students for Checkpoint, IGCSE, O Level, AS, and A Level examinations, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement, tracking and maintaining accurate records of student progress, conducting revision sessions and teaching exam techniques and time management skills, supervising Physics laboratory experiments safely in line with school regulations, demonstrating proper use and care of lab equipment, maintaining a disciplined, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking, offering additional support to struggling learners and enrichment opportunities to high achievers, guiding students in academic competitions and subject-related activities, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student development, collaborating with department members and school leadership for curriculum planning and improvement, participating in meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs related to Cambridge and Edexcel standards, contributing to co-curricular activities such as math and science clubs, assisting with school events and examination invigilation, completing administrative tasks including attendance, grading, and report submission, following safeguarding and child protection policies, and upholding the school’s academic standards, values, and commitment to student success.
