Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 4+ years of outside marketing and sales experience
∎ Software/Technology sales experience preferred.
∎ Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, Salesforce.com or related CRM applications required.
∎ Identifying and making contact with new prospective clients.
∎ Clients need to be proficient in answering any technical IT questions in consultation with the company's technical team.
∎ Must have skills to maintain good relationships with customers, organizations, and firms.
∎ Have ability to manage and run the team smoothly.
∎ Have to record & submit all kinds of marketing related report such as daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis.
∎ Have to make up-date all kinds of record as per company required.
∎ Have ability to motivate and improve performance of marketing team to achieve monthly target.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
∎ Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
∎ Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
∎ Market Research on trends and changes in the business world.
∎ Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time.
∎ Must have work experience and good knowledge of all subjects in an Area manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
Salary: Tk. 11000 (Monthly)
