Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media and marketing opportunities.
∎ Align campaigns, assets, communications and messaging to corporate branding initiatives.
∎ Develop marketing collateral and sales tool like brochures, datasheet, presentations and proposals.
∎ Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events.
∎ Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing.
∎ Manage content of marketing sections of websites.
∎ Manage desktop products’ price book.
∎ Plan and implement software product launch.
∎ Manage working relationships with Desktop Sales team members to review needs, prioritize and deliver.
∎ Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets.
∎ Implement global content and collateral strategy for key partners.
∎ Establish and manage key partner marketing budgets and MDF.
∎ Influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive global program alignment and satisfaction.
∎ Strategize on marketing for select global partners through analysis and understanding of competitive landscape.
∎ Develop, scan, edit and print process management.
∎ Clear understanding of technical and operational process for Corporate ERP, especially engineering, procurement, accounts & sales as well as understandability of technical tools & solutions.
∎ Identify business opportunities in corporate sectors and market segmentation to identify prospects and evaluate/ take measures via researching and analyzing sales options and product mix.
∎ Sale products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions (Real Estate, Construction, Project Management, Land Management, Manufacturing,Trading, Footwear and Garments ERP) based on customer requirement and analysis.
∎ Maintain a fruitful relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identify product improvement opportunities or new product ideas being up-to-date with the
∎ Current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest product information in the technology market. Advising customers of the ever-changing updates and new technologies.
∎ Pro-actively approaching customers to solve any kind of requirement or support.
∎ Sourcing potential new prospects and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
∎ Gathering customer, vendor, competitor and market information to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
∎ Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
∎ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
∎ A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
