  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to effectively convey IT solutions.

  • Familiarity with both local and global IT markets, with adaptability in strategy.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.



Responsibilities & Context:

Fieldbooster is a software company that provides reliable software solutions for the financial sector. As a Business Development Executive, we would expect you to effectively present our products and services to the market.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for promoting the software solutions developed to clients, addressing their needs and offering appropriate solutions/services.

  • Identify potential customers and market segments through research and analysis, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and nurture client relationships to achieve sales goals.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase sales conversions across various channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to customers to drive business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities in local and global IT markets by analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

  • Develop and execute new strategies to expand company’s presence in local and global market.

  • Regularly compile, analyze and present business development reports to senior management, providing insights and updates on progress and outcomes.
