Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
∎ Routinely update Territory Manager about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity and results of the territory.
∎ Train and develop dealers based on the related task and in line with the Company training policy.
∎ Make routine visit to the all potential field to ensure availability of our products.
∎ Make & ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
∎ Develop, organize & lead local bikers community.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery report to immediate supervisors
∎ Organise dealers briefing sessions as and when required basis.
∎ Organize road shows and other promotional events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have valid driving license)
∎ Sound communication, leadership & selling skills.
∎ Posting can be any where in Bangladesh
