∎ পটেনশিয়াল বায়ারদেরকে নিয়মিত ফলোআপ করা।
∎ ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রির জন্য অনলাইন-অফলাইনে কার্যকরী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে পটেনশিয়াল বায়ার নিয়ে আসা।
∎ প্রফেশনাল লোক দিয়ে কনটেন্ট তৈরী করা এবং ফেসবুক এবং ইউটিউবে কনটেন্টগুলো পোস্ট করা।
∎ নিয়মিত পোস্টগুলো বুস্টিং করা।
∎ সোলজার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েটস লিঃ (SAL) মার্কেটিং প্লট আনয়ন এবং ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রির জন্য জরুরী ভিত্তিতে একজন স্মার্ট এবং যোগ্য ও দক্ষ মার্কেটিং অফিসার নিয়োগ হবে। অফিসারদের মূল কাজ হবেঃ
