∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote collaborative training programs and engineering consultancy services. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the field of related business.
∎ Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote professional-level training programs and knowledge-sharing seminars.
∎ Work closely with the management team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Create engaging and persuasive content when needed for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
∎ Keep up to date on the website, FACEBOOK page, and other channels with different organizational activities, corporate events, signing contracts, meeting minutes, CSR, etc.
∎ Collaborate with the Business Development team to create effective promotional collateral and support materials.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote specific training programs and consultancy services.
∎ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders specially renowned engineers.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to enhance the firm's visibility and network with potential clients.
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials.
∎ Uphold and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
∎ Any other tasks are given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in content creation and editing.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
