• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies for diagnostic products to meet sales targets and expand market share.

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings to promote products and represent the company.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
