Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate or MBA from any reputed university (Preferably in Marketing or related field).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ To look after promotion activities, customer relation development.
∎ Product & Service marketing, drive positioning and messaging that differentiates our product & services in the market.
∎ Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
∎ Measure and report performance of all sort of marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Collaborate and lead the business development team.
∎ Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers.
∎ Preparing periodical reports.
∎ Other duties as per company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital
∎ Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ English proficiency is must.
∎ Supervise the marketing & sales team activities.
∎ At least 3 years practical experience in branding, PR and marketing and 2 years in managerial level.
∎ Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them.
∎ The ability to work to deadlines.
