- Age 30 to 45 years
- 5 years in marketing/sales within the hotel ownership and real estate fields.
- Promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate, as well as hotel ownership.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic internet usage.
- High integrity, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- The candidate should be positive minded, self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
- Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to their respective superior.
- Record sales and customer information and report to the respective Managing Director.
- Willingness to work beyond general working hours. Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.
