OROCUBE TECH, BANGLADESH (Sister concern of GREL) is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team who can drive growth by selling our cutting-edge Medical & Healthcare software. If you are target-driven, enjoy speaking with people this is the role for you. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Generate new leads through personal networks, digital platforms, and field marketing, and convert them into sales.

• Promote and sell company software solutions to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Understand client needs, present tailored software solutions, and communicate key product features effectively.

• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to develop effective marketing strategies.

• Meet or exceed assigned targets through consistent effort, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction.
