Perform basic network checks (IP, DNS, ping, tracert)
Create and maintain clear English/Bangla documentation
Log all support cases in Excel/Google Sheets
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking to hire Entry-Level Support Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based software at client sites and via remote tools. On-site position at Mirpur Office.
