Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is extroverted and will be able to oversee
∎ the entire marketing department. The successful candidate will play a significant role
∎ in improving market penetration and driving revenue growth for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that expands the company’s
∎ customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market.
∎ • He should have proper knowledge about Agrochemicals and the seed market.
∎ • Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, key customer
∎ requirements and essential market data.
∎ • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies, sales efforts and achieve
∎ the sales target.
∎ • Create and oversee promotional activities, including print, online (all types of digital
∎ marketing), electronic media and outdoor brandings.
∎ • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy
∎ brochures, gift and promo materials.
∎ • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and
∎ assess againt goals.
∎ • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
∎ • Enhance the company's corporate and brand image.
∎ • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ • Submission of Daily/ weekly visiting/ Activity reports to the management.
∎ • Responsible for implementing Sales Forecasts and Strategies.
∎ • Should have a strong sense of responsibility, be independent, self-motivated and able
∎ to work under the pressured situation.
∎ • Can provide 360-degree marketing solution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Candidate must have practical experience in Agrochemicals Marketing.
