Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them and identify key staff in client requirements to cultivate profitable relationships.
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Develop monthly marketing & sales strategies to support the flat sale target.
∎ To look after customer queries with telephone call satisfaction and develop relationship through physical visit.
∎ Provide feedback to the supervisor/ key person regarding customer complaint and arrange to resolve it pro-actively as per management instruction.
∎ Be able to maintain the good atmosphere in the office and with other personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Gain solid knowledge and gather competitor information/ activities.
∎ Keeping updated with industry news to identify opportunities and any other task set by departmental head.

Over a decade, he started business in different areas with at least 5(five) business in the group namely, Transport business, Export Import, Consultancy of Construction & Engineering, Family Assistant Project, Agro Fisheries.
Since quite a long time but considering housing crisis in the country and lucrative profit in this sector we have started this company only few months back but we feel proud that in this so short span of time we are going to achieve our goal in this field. As we have already 03 projects are running and two project up coming, also there is more 4/5 projects are in the pipe line. Our office location is 5th floor of House # 1328, Avenue-2, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Our total activity is managed by a team of highly skilled professionals with many years of experience in their own field at home and aboard. Our aim is to provide residential and commercial building the entire modern look and our policy is to work in partnership with our clients. Considering present crisis we concentrate completely on Middle class and higher middle class of our society and for the time being we avoid higher class clients because of present marketing strategy.
We make fully understand our clients need and concerns, we work together to work out the best strategy and tactics needed to deliver what we promised.
