∎ We are looking for a Manager for industrial machinery, automation & instrumentation products retail sales division and be responsible for the overall growth by focusing on sales, customer growth, retention and operational alignment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The Manager-Retail Sales will be responsible for, but not limited to.
∎ Research and prepare market analysis report regularly.
∎ Design and execute relevant marketing and sales strategy.
∎ New customer identification & retention of existing giving customer service top priority.
∎ Management and supervision of sales team activities.
∎ Ensuring sustainable market growth by building customer relations.
∎ Arranging training for sales executives to ensure required performance.
∎ Preparation of different management reports as required.
∎ Monitor team activities/ performance & motivate team to reach the target.
∎ Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience in retail sales management in a renowned Industrial machinery & spare part service company is preferable.
∎ Must have knowledge about industrial machinery, low voltage, automation & instrumentation products.
∎ Strong written skills in English are a must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Demonstrated skills in planning and integration.
∎ Team management skill.
∎ Ready to take cross functional role.
∎ Hard working.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
