Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The candidate must have a proven track record in planning and executing marketing strategies, especially in the Admission Coaching sector. The role demands leadership, creativity, and hands-on management skills to meet the company’s branding and admission goals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Manage the marketing team and supervise daily activities.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, both online and offline.
- Coordinate with college authorities for promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve strategy.
- Maintain and grow brand presence through social media and local events.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and admission team to ensure conversion.
