∎ We needed Marketing Experts who will Enroll Doctor and Hospital with BDCARE Platform to ensure Countrywide Smoother Health Services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Company objectives along with monitoring of retail coverage, value target through Company sales force and ensuring lifting according to plan.
∎ Administer field sales team (Sales Executive, Third Party Field Force) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Communicate with Executives and prepare daily progress report.
∎ Maintain daily visit plan according to monthly submitted plan.
∎ Ensuring doctors registration on BDCARE web and app.
∎ Lead identify and training to Executives.
∎ Prepare daily enrollment report.
∎ Motivating the executive and third- party engagement.
∎ Creating strong Communication Channel and gateway.
∎ Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge in IT will get preference
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
∎ Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure.
∎ Strong Negotiation skill to manage team members.
∎ Ready and willingness to work in Chattogram, Dhaka and Sylhet.
