Job Context:

∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and services (Experienced in Academic & Online Marketing Strategies).
∎ Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels such as field marketing, digital and social media marketing and more. This involves designing campaigns, setting budgets, and overseeing their execution to ensure they reach the intended audience effectively.
∎ Collaborate with public Private and Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. This information helps in making informed decisions about product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
∎ Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer data, segment audiences, and develop personalized marketing campaigns.
∎ Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various analytics tools. This involves analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Organizing and participating in events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities to showcase products or services.
∎ Identifying potential partnerships and collaborations that can help extend the reach of the company's marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
∎ Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media management, and online lead generation.
∎ Marketing Managers are responsible for creating compelling and pertinent content across diverse platforms, collaborating closely with content creators and designers to ensure effective communication.
