Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer service: Communicating with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues
∎ Processing transactions: Handling customer transactions and keeping records
∎ Following procedures: Following safe procedures and using equipment correctly
∎ Reporting incidents: Reporting hazards, incidents, or near misses
∎ Meeting targets: Meeting operational targets for communication
∎ Building relationships: Building relationships with customers and contributing to improving processes
∎ Document management: Managing the flow of customer interactions
∎ Smart conversation, Creating Innovative Idea, Smoothly handle situation.
∎ Abide by the company rules regulation.
