Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new area/ Market Development
∎ To achieve the sales target of the assigned division.
∎ To manage the field force & sales administration of his own division
∎ To lead the sales team of the division for achieving the sales target.
∎ Frequently field visit and meet clients to make new sale.
∎ Must have quality to convince clients.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the company.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Create data base of potential customer for new sale and follow up for new sale.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make deal.
∎ Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Have to have knowledge on digital marketing.
∎ Practical experiences about Social Media Marketing will be a plus.
∎ Knowledge on POS and accounting software will be a huge plus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 or 2 year(s) experience will be a plus
∎ Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla
∎ Good communication skill and ability to solve problem.
∎ Smart, dedicated, confident and honest.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ knowledge in MS office
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer Operating.
∎ Strong problem-solving skill.
∎ Well-organized, Co-operative and good team play with pleasant personality.
Salary:
∎ N. B: Additionally, you can earn more than your salary as sales commission.
