Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training related marketing
∎ Good students coordination, corporate marketing of training,IT knowledge,
∎ Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
∎ Using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications
∎ Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
∎ Understanding the product and customer/students profile and write thorough specs for each.
∎ Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
∎ Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
∎ Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
∎ Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
∎ Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
∎ Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer/students relationships
∎ Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
∎ Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
∎ Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
∎ Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
∎ Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
∎ Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
∎ Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and linkedin) to enhance audience engagement
∎ Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Skill Required: Communication skills, Training of marketing,
∎ Should be smart and dynamic
∎ Self-starter, Target achiever, Good team member,
∎ Proactive with positive thinking and approach with Computer literature.
