Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhance the current customer base and bring in new customers
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
∎ Acting as a contact point between the company and its existing and potential markets;
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
∎ Gathering market and customer information so as enable for effective management decisions
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
∎ Self-motive, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
∎ Collect the payment from the customer within the approved credit period.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Create and maintain highest level of hospitality and a pleasant environment for guests/clients
∎ Proactively plan/strategize/execute client experience opportunities for improvement
∎ Work in partnership with sales team to ensure profitable revenue growth
∎ Meet with Strategic High Value clients to promote facility and increase memberships
∎ Initiate plans and tactics to increase referrals from existing and new clients
∎ Additional day to day tasks:
∎ Solving all problems of clients/guests at the facility at first point of contact (First Contact Resolution)
∎ Work and coordinate with all departments and staff to implement brand's mission and vision holistically
∎ Coordinate with marketing agency and sales team to facilitate marketing campaigns

Salary: Negotiable
