∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes
∎ Manage working hours which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning
∎ Develop marketing plan by providing on-going feedback and by conducting marketing survey
∎ Gather and utilize local Food & Beverage industry knowledge to identify and acquire prospective clients
∎ Arrange visits and accompany potential Clients to showcase the product features
∎ Process all sales documentation
∎ Respond to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly
∎ Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database
∎ Conduct Market Survey on competition
∎ Prepare and deliver Sales Presentations to Management on Sales Status on regular basis
∎ Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied Clients into return Clients
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Should be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 kgs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Good organization and administrative skills
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
∎ Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to execute Sales & Marketing Plan
Salary: Negotiable
