Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Visa Executive who has prior experience in Malaysia work visa marketing and recruitment.
The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of tourist visa processing, client communication, and document handling.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Malaysia-related marketing and recruiting (in any reputed recruiting agency).
Must be skilled in processing tourist visas for Malaysia.
Strong communication, convincing, and presentation skills.
Handle inquiries from clients via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Assist management in drafting agreements, circulars, and quotations.
Follow up with clients until visa approval and flight confirmation.
Achieve monthly targets and maintain a professional relationship with clients and agents.
