Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target & collection;
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients;
∎ Generate creative ideas to secure new clients & enhance existing sales;
∎ Ensure clients queries, problem & issues;
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with clients;
∎ Develop new clients;
∎ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors;
∎ Coordination with all the team members directly reported to Marketing Manager through Business
∎ Development Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher Allowed
∎ Candidates should have knowledge about Indenting, Garments Accessories, Raw Materials &
∎ Sourcing;
∎ Excellent communication skill both English & Bengali;
∎ Must have basic computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, E mail etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated;
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Probationary Period (1st 4th Months) 8,000TK Permanent 10,000TK Commission (20% on Sales)
