Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates Need to Move and Visit the Customer Premises Regularly.
∎ Maintain proper communication and ensure effective follow-up with the prospects and existing clients.
∎ Maintain necessary records, documents and database.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Correspond all mail from buyer and contact with buyer over the phone.
∎ Respond to customers queries and provide the fast feedback accordingly.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Find the leads & opportunities to generate sales from the current and previous client's data.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and market potentialities.
∎ Follow up the lead of the customers being given & bring result
∎ Manage collections on the overall past dues which include bad debt.
∎ Ensure market development through maintaining a strong relation with clients.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback from clients and provide it to team leaders.
∎ Follow organization policies and regulation that affect the marketing department.
∎ Other responsibilities are assigned by the management.
