1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and international B2B partners to ensure repeat business.

2. Communicate clearly with candidates via phone, E-mail, and WhatsApp to explain job opportunities, eligibility requirements, visa processes, salary, and benefits.

3. Coordinate with social media, design, and printing teams to ensure effective distribution of job vacancy announcements.

4. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field visit, call, and lead generation reports using MS Excel or CRMs.

5. Distribute company profiles, brochures, and visual marketing assets to prospective partners.

   Conduct basic market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and varying manpower demands.

6. Work under a target-oriented environment to hit assigned monthly candidate conversions or business acquisition metrics

7. Conduct outdoor visits and corporate presentations to showcase manpower recruitment solutions and value propositions to HR/Admin departments.

8. Coordinate closely with internal recruitment, operations, and visa processing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower quotas.
