Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct surveys with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and patients to gather data on prescription drug usage, adherence, and satisfaction.
Accurately collect data from prescription, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company guidelines
Utilize survey tools / software for efficient data input.
Plan and coordinate daily schedules to ensure timely coverage of assigned territories.
Ensure all survey activities adhere to industry regulations and other legal standards.
Prioritize survey targets by balancing between healthcare providers, pharmacists, and patients to meet quotas and deadlines
Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data and make decisions on revalidating information before final submission
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, including changes in drug regulations and prescription products, to improve the relevance of surveys.
