Responsibilities & Context:
Verify Distribution/Dealer/Depot's physical stock.
Conduct regular market visits to distributors, dealers, depots and retailers.
Confirm retail credit of secondary sales.
Ensure effectiveness of “Retail Operation Software” (Automation Software).
Ensure all components of the software are up to date, like Stock, Credit, Secondary Sales, Retail Credit etc.
Analyze investment of Distribution/Dealer/Depot.
Analyze secondary sales by reconciling Stock, Credit, Collection to identify any fictitious secondary sales.
Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, deviations, and risks.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
