Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Following and enforcing the company's policies and procedures.
∎ Should have experience as Factory Head / Chairman / MD in any group of companies.
∎ Soft in behavior, Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum or no supervision.
∎ Responsible for Organizational skills, assertiveness, interpersonal & communicating skills, multitasking skills.
∎ Responsible for Contacting with concern stakeholders/communications on behalf of Company through email, phone call and other social media.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.
∎ Communicate with concerned Overseas company or person for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.
∎ Lead the working team of Factory to manage and inspire employees to achieve production targets.
∎ Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
∎ Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.
∎ Any other task given by the higher authority.
