Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing day to day operations and delivering profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.
∎ Formulate and execute the company's annual budgets and the Long term strategic plan.
∎ Responsible for Financial performance, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Design, Supply Chain, Training, and Business HR.
∎ Establish Systems, Processes, Governance, and Controls in a currently small but potentially very large business.
∎ Work in a collaborative fashion with the cross-functional team to leverage capabilities, infrastructure, and resources to optimize the business.
∎ Develop, lead and inspire a high performing team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have exposure in leading a country or a cluster of countries in the South Asia region.
∎ Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and self-motivated.
∎ Should enjoy the complexity and be excited about scaling a business and handling the pressure and travails of a long journey involved in building a large business from early stages.
∎ Ability to liaison, network & influence (both within the organization & outside Organization)
∎ Experience of launching/scaling up brands/businesses in new countries profitably would be relevant to this role
∎ Should be high on adaptability, resourcefulness, and learning agility
∎ Swift decision making ability whilst adhering to organization policies
∎ Should be able to handle both internal and external stakeholders like Government Institutions and Regulatory bodies, vendors, Customers, various business forums, etc.
