Education:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for achieving organization’s mission, vision, strategic objectives, and organizational priorities.
Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational strategies, business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Ensure effective management of organization’s programs, social enterprises, resources, assets, and overall operations.
Ensure sound financial stewardship, prudent resource utilization, and long-term organizational sustainability.
Maintain effective relationships with the Board of Directors and provide timely information, analysis, and recommendations to support governance and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, governance requirements, donor obligations, and organizational policies.
Promote organizational effectiveness through innovation, continuous improvement, risk management, digital transformation, and evidence-based decision-making.
Lead the development of senior leadership, talent, and organizational capabilities to support future growth and sustainability.
Protect and enhance organization’s reputation, organizational integrity, and public trust.
Ensure organizational preparedness and responsiveness to emerging public health, social, economic, technological, and market developments.
