Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill in English, Sound knowledge in MS office.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing business proposals for new and existing customers.
∎ Organize and development of market forecasting, business plans and technology plans to support the overall payment operations strategy.
∎ Arrange new remittance relationship with local and International Banks and money transfer houses.
∎ Affiliation and relationship management with existing and new partners.
∎ Work closely with Product Management to develop the ongoing product plan for the remittance Services.
∎ Work closely with business units and internal risk and compliance groups to ensures that the operation complies with bank policy and regulations and that established controls and procedures are adhered to.
∎ Communicate regularly with management and team to ensure that goals and expectations are understood and achieved.
∎ Identify and analysis industry benchmark data to ensure the competitiveness of production goals and targets.
∎ Building and maintaining a positive relationship with its stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Vendors and Government Agencies).
∎ Ensure concerns are properly addressed and accounted by build effective communication routines between management and team.
∎ Review reconciliation sheets and ensure that all sheets are in line with regulatory requirements.
∎ Be up to date and manage the research on both foreign and local markets.
∎ Manage Transactions related Query received from different correspondent partners.
∎ Regular visit to exchange house liaison office, regulators and partner banks as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Correspondent banking knowledge and experience in nostro account management.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding in remittances locally and internationally.
∎ Good knowledge of AML policies and other compliance duties for remittance business.
