• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

• Age 34 to 40 years

• Proven track record in managing large-scale & building construction or industrial projects.

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Planning and Scheduling, etc.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from construction planning to handover.

• Supervise and monitor contractor work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, etc.

• Coordinate between engineers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent project delays.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.

• Ensure all works complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
