∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Budgetary Control, Cost Management, Income Tax and VAT, Internal Control Systems
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required to Prepare financial statements for the management (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) and giving recommendations for the decision making after analyzing necessary financial data.
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective fund and working capital management throughout the year.
∎ Liaison and networking with external stakeholders I, e. Bank/Financial Institutes/ Regulatory Bodies and External Auditors.
∎ Monitor the day-to-day financial and accounting operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, Tax and VAT related recording and other transactions.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the senior and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management (Product costing).
∎ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
∎ Providing sound financial support and insights to make critical business decisions for management.
∎ Overseeing the Tax and VAT recording affairs of the organization.
∎ Investment appraisal and analysis
∎ Ensure that legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure that the organization's financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
∎ Set up an inventory control system, work out for maximum, minimum and re-order stock levels
∎ Review accounts receivables to ensure that the balance is within agreed levels
∎ Review advances regularly to ensure that these are settled within due dates.
∎ Develop and update financial policies, procedures and guidelines for the group

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge and experience of working in Tally & ERP environment.
∎ IFRS compliant Reporting skill
∎ Consolidation reporting

Salary: Negotiable
