Education:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification (CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) preferred.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or diversified conglomerates will get preference.

Strategic mindset with operational understanding.
Responsibilities & Context:
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze business performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and profitability analyses.
Monitor and interpret key financial and operational KPIs to support business decisions.
Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control, investment appraisal, and ROI analysis.
Support business cases for new projects, pricing models, and financial feasibility studies.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Prepare SBU-level business cases, investment projections, and break-even analyses.
Develop and monitor SBU-specific budgets, funding plans, and resource allocations.
Act as the financial liaison between corporate headquarters and new SBU management teams to ensure financial discipline and alignment with business goals.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain financial models and simulation tools for scenario analysis.
Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting and financial planning processes.
Conduct financial risk assessment and advise management on mitigation strategies.
