Job Context:
∎ Job location will be in Hemayetpur,Savar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare detailed production schedule as per requirement within time
∎ To liaise between top management / buyers and the middle management.
∎ Train and guide subordinates for maximum efficiency and minimum cutting losses.
∎ Prepare various reports for top management.
∎ Responsible for over all discipline and order of the cutting department.
∎ Liable for failing cutting schedule. responsible for any kind of mistakes regarding cutting.
∎ Liable for cutting wastages higher than acceptable limit.
∎ Training of the cutting staff for improved performances.
∎ To forecast weekly cutting schedule.
∎ To guide cutting according to production planning.
∎ To ensure productivity in cutting department.
∎ To help minimize cutting wastage and optimize utilization
∎ To execute cutting according to production planning.
∎ To ensure optimum productivity in cutting department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fabric Comsumption,Knowledge on Fabric Lay
∎ Cut panel writing,bundling,fusing
∎ Sound knowledge in patteren & marker
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable for the job
∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Possessing positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
∎ Worker handling & House Keeping
