Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain strong working relationship with vendors.
To create, develop & manage new vendor relationships.
Responsible for procurement of raw materials, packing material & herbs materials from local market.
Review purchasing agreement with vendors & maintain open line of communication with those vendors.
To check current stock position in the store, prepare budget, negotiation with suppliers for price, prepare CS for quotation.
Follow up prices specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bit price among potential suppliers.
Accountable for sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiations, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items in a competitive price, & follow up on purchase orders from time to time.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
