∎ To search the secondary flat in prime location.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and sales pitch to promote the sales of the company.
∎ Maintain the data base of Secondary Apartment Buyers.
∎ Inform and follow up the Apartment Buyers about the company apartments.
∎ Take different types of initiatives for advertising the secondary apartments.
∎ Prepare strategic plan for social media marketing, promotions and management.
∎ Give proper services to the customers.
∎ Build up strong Marketing and Sales Department of the company.
∎ Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
