Job Context:
∎ CENTRE FOR ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (CETA) is a well-known company for pre-fabricated steel building, industrial heavy duty rack, waste water treatment plant, water treatment plant, fire hydrant system, HVAC, MEP works, DTW with submersible pump, water pressure booster system etc.
∎ Job Location-Office at Bonosree, Rampura, Dhaka. But for marketing & sales purpose the personnel will have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to bring the new work order.
∎ Should be target & result oriented & meet up the sales target monthly basis.
∎ Attend weekly & monthly progress meetings.
∎ An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
∎ Conducting market research and observe the Competitor strategy to develop own foot-print.
∎ Incumbents should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : 5 - 10 years in relevant field
∎ Good knowledge on Marketing/Sales of product and services.
∎ Follow up the execution of work order awarded.
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the company to identify business opportunities in the related field.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good proficiency in both English and Bengali (written and spoken).
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office

Salary:
