Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales targets.
Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve company targets.
Generate potential leads, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and addressing their inquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and with activities of our competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer relations.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our projects.
Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters with the clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report on Sales & Marketing.
Any other task assigned by the management.
