Golden Harvest Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country. Currently, we are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard-working professional individual for Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department of our Frozen Foods & Ice Cream Manufacturing Factories, located at Hotapara, Gazipur. The job responsibilities for the position are as below:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures like- Quality and Production related all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP), Manual of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), SOP of Good Hygiene Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Prepare standard specifications of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards. 

• Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory specifications.

• Monitoring and ensuring distribution of raw materials as per MMI guidelines to ensure the correct weight, use of proper materials, and timely mixing.

• Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including local, national, and international standards.

• Collect all types of legislation related to food production and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements accordingly.

• Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and certification agencies.

• Oversee and conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of RM, PM, semi-products, and finished products.

• Analyze test results and take corrective actions to maintain product quality.

• Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests, inspections, and audits.

• Prepare detailed reports on quality issues, including non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product consistency.

• Supervise and provide training to quality control personnel on proper testing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted as per plan.

• Conduct vendor audits periodically to assess and identify potential non-compliance.

• Investigate any deviation identified in product quality from the market and take corrective/preventive action by properly identifying the root cause.
