Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Housekeeping from a reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on hospital linen & cleaning services.
∎ Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire hospital.
∎ Ensure that cabins & common areas are made as per company standards.
∎ Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
∎ Maintain par stock of patients supplies, cleaning supplies, hospital linen and uniform.
∎ Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for hospital linen & cleaning items.
∎ Responsible for while organizing pest control services activities of the entire hospital.
∎ Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
∎ Plan, control, and supervise Horticultural activities.
∎ Attending and resolving patients/customer complaints.
∎ Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of cabin and a common area with the maintenance department.
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum five (5) years Housekeeping/laundry management experience in hospital/hotel industry.
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written).
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
