• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance

• Academic Qualification: (MBA) in Accounting , (MBA) in Finance, (M Com) in Accounting/Finance, Masters in Accounting/Finance from reputed University.

• Professional Qualification: CA-CC (Part Qualified) / ACCA / ICMAB (Part Qualified).

• ITP Certification and VAT Consultant Certification will be given Preference.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• The applicants should have Strong knowledge in the following area(s): Accounts, External Audit, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Automobile, Textile, Garments, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.).

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

• Proficiency in auditing software and financial analysis tools.

• Proven experience (5-10 years) in Accounts Related Works..

• Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.

• Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;

• Possess compliance mindset and innovation focus.

• Ability to handle complex situation.

Job Context:

Rocky Group is the largest manufacturing & exporting company in Bangladesh looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who have experience on Accounts Related works in a Textile Section.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis financial statements, and prepares financial reports and recommendations to Top Management concerning financial performance as per IAS/BAS and IFRS.

• Financial statements also include project-wise (weekly, monthly, half yearly & annually) (Trial Balance, Receipt & Payments, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow).

• Maintain cash book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day-to-day expenditures and closing cash books on a daily basis.

• Preparing and posting all kinds of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustments, general ledger different registers related to finance & accounts are maintained up to date in Tally Prime ERP Software.

• Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.

• Capable to prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly Budget & Budget variance

• Support the Management in arriving at investment analysis, profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, Cost Control & Cost Saving etc.

• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register including stock registers for the company.

• Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions- Loan, liability, overdue & reconciliation statement prepare properly.

• Report and suggest for the production, sales and financial forecasting of the company Maintain proper cost record and determine material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and Work in Process.

• Oversee organizational procurement, payroll, and contracts functions and ensure best practices and efficiency overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.

• Monitor and following up Working Capital Management and Recommended improvement areas.

• Manage all commercial functions including L/C management, export documentation, buyer payments, and trade finance.

• Capacity to handle the Banking Operation like Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, International Bank Guarantee for processing a foreign Bank Loan.

• Tax Management- Submit Income Tax & VAT Return, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax and VAT in accordance with applicable laws prevailing in Bangladesh.

• Handling the issues of External audit, Internal audit, Bangladesh Bank audit, Commercial audit and other investigations related to accounts, TAX, VAT etc. of the institutions & audit findings;

• Control and report on total import, export and banking activities of the company Required Vast Knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law, BB, NBR, RJSC etc.

• Proper knowledge in ERP Software use in Production, HR, Inventory and other Activities.

• Any other tasks as instructed by the Top Management.
