∎ MBA/ M.com (Accounting) from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Income Tax and VAT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Sound Knowledge and Responsible for all VAT related task.
∎ To ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Submission of monthly VAT return to the concern VAT authority.
∎ Ensure proper preparation and submission of VAT.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently handle VAT related work of the company.
∎ Ensue proper compliance as per Bangladesh VAT Act.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT Online.
∎ Check documents & preparation of monthly VAT return.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have 5-7 years working cotton mills or spinning mills experience in Accounts and Finance Department.
∎ Required comprehensive Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law
∎ Must have knowledge of new Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012
∎ Must have sound knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard).
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
∎ Ability to analyze data & organize documents/records;
∎ The applicants should have the experience(s) in the following business area(s): Manufacturing and listed Company only, other than this please do not apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Must be knowledge tally ERP -9 software
