Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive Hajj and Umrah packages that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
∎ Manage all aspects of Hajj and Umrah operations, including flight arrangements, visa processing, accommodation, transportation, and ground handling services.
∎ Oversee the Hajj and Umrah visa application process and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate.
∎ Train and supervise Hajj and Umrah coordinators and other staff members.
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our Hajj and Umrah business.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, hotels, and local authorities.
∎ Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Stay up-to-date on all Hajj and Umrah regulations and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of success in planning, organizing, and executing Hajj and Umrah packages.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures and regulations.
∎ Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Must be able to travel frequently
Salary:
