  • Experience in various visa categories including Visit Visa, Work Permit, Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Permanent Residency, and Family Migration.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients on all visa-related matters.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and client-focused approach with strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
  • Necessary training will be provided.
  • Should have eligibility to work under pressure and Excellent communication skill.
  • Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Must have at least 4/5 years Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, USA, Australia, and European countries.

  • Experience in various visa categories including Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Visit Visa, Work Permit, Permanent Residency, and Family Migration.

  • Background in visa consultancy, education consultancy, and immigration services will be given priority.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients on all visa-related matters.

  • Handle escalations related to client issues, visa rejections, or delays with professionalism.

  • Manage budgets, financial targets, and operational costs to ensure profitability.

  • Prepare and securely maintain official documents, contracts, agreements, and detailed records of visa applications.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.

  • Track record in business development, team management, and client relationship management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
